摘要
广东石豆兰Buulbophyllum kwangtunense Schltr.是兰科石豆兰属的多年生草本植物,主要分布在我国亚热带地区常绿阔叶林中的石壁上,具有较强的耐旱性.应用电子显微技术对广东石豆兰叶、茎的显微结构进行研究,结果表明:广东石豆兰的叶表现出6个与干旱生态环境有关的特点;根细胞表现出5个方面的特殊性,其中细胞排列比较紧密、细胞腔较小、细胞中淀粉粒较多、细胞壁较厚等反映了广东石豆兰对干旱生态环境具有较强的适应性.
The plant Buulbophyllum kwangtunense which belongs to the genus Buulbophyllum of orchid family distributes is a perennial herb plant. It often grows on cliffs among the evergreen forests of subtropic area in china and shows more resistibility to dry eco-habitat. With microscopic technique, the relation between the microscopic structure features of Buulbophyllum kwangtunense and its resistibility to dry eco-habita are studied. The study shows that:there are six features of microscopic structure in leaves and five characters in roots Buulbophyllum kwangtunense relations to its resistibility dry eco-habitant.
