摘要
Benzocyclobutene resin possess many kinds of excellent properties,and it can be used as high-performance dielectric film materials in microelectronics industry.In this paper,4,4′-bisbenzocyclobutene is synthesized by ligand-free deboronated coupling reaction at room temperature from benzocyclobutene-4-boronic acid by relative high yields.The polymerization of the monomer is studied by IR-online analysis and heat initiative polymerization.Furthermore,the thermostability of polymer is detected by TGA.The results show the polymer exhibited excellent thermostability.
