解放思想既是开启中国社会加速转型新时期的伟大思想号角,也是不断推进中国特色社会主义事业的强大精神动力;既是深入探寻和把握社会主义初级阶段经济、政治、文化发展规律的思想保障,也是坚持和落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会的本质要求。
Emancipation of the mind is not only the great ideological horn, which initiated the new era of speedy social trans-formation in China; but also a great spiritual power to constantly push the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, an ideo- logical guarantee of the in - depth search and mastery of economic, political, and cultural development laws in the primary stage of socialism; and an intrinsic requirement of the adherence to and implementation of the Scientific Outlook on Development and the construction of a harmonious society.
