摘要
叙述了山东电网从管理制度和技术规范两方面着手,对火电机组进行优化整改的经过。比较2007年初和年末两次电网大机组跳闸事故后,电网频率和联络线潮流变化情况以及网内机组一次调频动作情况,证明经过优化整改后,山东电网机组一次调频能力得到显著提升。
In this paper, the optimization of primary frequency regulation method in management system and technology criterion for thermal power generating unit of Shandong grid is described. Through comparison between 1000MW generating unit failure outage at the beginning and the end of the year 2007,it is proved that the capacity of primary frequency regulation of generating units in Shandong grid has been greatly improved after optimization.
