摘要
华电青岛发电有限公司二期300MW机组3号、4号炉投产后,存在飞灰、大渣含碳量高,空气预热器漏风量大,一次风速高,粗粉分离器堵塞,煤粉细度粗,低负荷稳燃性能差,风机抢风严重等一系列影响锅炉效率的问题。通过一年的优化试验、运行调整试验及部分设备改造,使上述问题基本得到了解决,锅炉效率有显著提高。
Lots of problems emerged following the installation of unit 3&4 in Huadian Qingdao power generation corporation such as the large amount of carbon in ash and slag, more air leakage in AH, classifier jam, coarse coal particles, unstable combustion status during low-load period, etc. After a long period of experimental study and optimal adjustment, most of the problems has been solved and the boiler efficiency Improved obviously.
