Discussion on Problems which should be Seriously Considered in the Design and Operation for the Direct Air Cooled Unit

以一台135MW直接空冷机组为例,对在设计中应充分考虑的环境风影响和防冻问题提出了具体的实施方案,对夏、冬两季的运行特点和空冷岛的控制切换、空冷岛管束的污垢处理进行了分析,并对空冷风机全跳的典型事故处理措施和控制优化进行了说明。

Taking a 135MW the direct air cooled unit as an example, the paper proposed the concrete implementation projects for the environment wind influence and the frost-proof problems which should be considered in the design, the summer and winter two season＇ s operation characteristics, the air cooled island＇ s control cut and air cooled island bundle＇ s dirt processing. Further more, the processing for the typical accident of air cooled fans all jumps and the optimum control were showed in the paper.
