摘要
风粉在线监测系统通过对送入锅炉炉膛的一次风风速、煤粉浓度、风粉混合物温度进行实时监测,有效解决了由于风粉不均匀而引起的锅炉运行不稳定的问题。该系统可对锅炉来粉的均匀性、燃烧器负荷分配、堵管、断粉等问题进行分析。
The on-line monitoring system for Air ＆ Coal can monitor the primary air velocity,the air pressure,the coalpowder density,the mixed air and coal-powder temperature together, which efficiently solved the problem of the boiler instability caused by the improperly mixed air and coal-powder. This system can analyze that if the coal-powder of the boiler and the load distribution of the combustor are equable and that if the block of the pipeline, the serf-ignition or out of coal-powder in the pipeline are occurred.
