摘要 在比较遗传分析中常用的随机DNA分子标记及目的基因标记的基础上,综述高等植物中最新定义的分子标记类型,即功能性分子标记,它包括间接类型及直接类型的功能性分子标记。功能性分子标记是建立在关联分析或近等基因系中等位基因的功能性基序中单核苷酸多态性位点基础上的一类新型显性分子标记,它不依赖于分子遗传作图;利用该标记可大大提高分子标记辅助选择的效率。 The authors have reviewed one new kind of molecular marker in higher plants, functional markers (FMs), based on comparisons with random DNA markers (RDMs) and gene targeted markers (GTMs) that are usually applied in gqnetic analysis. FMs include direct functional marker (DFM) and indirect functional marker (IFM). FMs are derived from polymorphic sites within gene motifs causally involved in phenotypic trait variation, which exhibit dominant genetic characters. FMs are independent of molecular genetic mapping and may enhance the efficiency of marker-assisted selection in crops breeding.
