摘要
尽管目前高校心理健康教育师资队伍建设已取得了不小的进步,但与国家人才培养的素质要求和大学生的实际心理需求有一定距离。存在的主要问题是编制偏少,师生比严重不足;工作超负荷,职业压力大;整日忙于日常事务,无暇有深度地开展工作;工作重心形式大于内容。高校心理健康教育教师应具备的素质包括:坚实的理论功底,合理的知识结构,深厚的文化底蕴,与时俱进的学习品质,良好的教学、研究能力,娴熟的助人技巧等专业技能、知识素养;热爱心理健康教育事业,甘于奉献,尊重来访学生的人格和意愿,维护他们的权利和利益等职业素养;自信、达观、敏感、合作的人格特质;亲切、真诚、宽容、善良的个性品质。应着力解决的问题主要有:真正落实"应把队伍建设放在突出的位置抓紧抓好"的战略思想;完善运行机制;严格准入制,强化评价、监督机制。
College mental health education objectives depend on teachers.The Chinese colleges'faculty of mental health education can't meet the national quality requirements of personnel training or students' actual phychological demand in both quantity and quality, access system, the evaluation mechanism, or the support of the internal and external environment to a certain extent.Based on the questionnaire survey and thorough interviews,through analysing the faculty building at this stage of the difficulties, obstacles, stress, conflict and other issues, the paper specifically brings up the practical programs of psychological health education faculty building with Chinese characteristics in order to advance the quality education of colleges and promote the comprehensive development of college students and their mental health.
