摘要
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症,也是糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因之一。糖尿病肾病早期常常缺乏特异的临床表现,早期诊断有一定困难。对糖尿病肾病的早期诊断、筛查、治疗措施的研究进展做一简要综述。
Diabetic nephropathy is the most common microvascular complications of diabetes and is also one of the leading causes of death of patients with diabetes. Early diabetic nephropathy often lack specific clinical manifestations, which make the eraly diagnosis very difficult. This papere makes a brief overview, concerning the early diagnosis, screening and treatment measures of progress of diabetic nephropathy.
