目的:从微量元素探讨左归饮增减药物对方剂组成及作用的影响。方法:应用因子分析方法研究左归饮方加减药物后组成结构及作用改变与微量元素的关系。结果:因子分析所得方中药物的组合及作用大小排序与赠与中医方解一致。结论:方剂中药物加减化裁都可能影响方剂的组成结构及作用,这种改变与方剂中微量元素含量配比的改变密切相关。

Objective： Using trace elements to investigate the effect of the inscription composition and affect about Zhuogiyin in which the druges are increased or decreased. Methds： The factor analysis is used to investigate the relationship between the trace elements change is plused or reduced Chinese medicine and trace elements. Results： The results about composition and arrange in diminitional affect in Zhuogiyin by factor analysis are same as the complaining of Chinese medicine. Conclusion： The composition and affect are effected by plused or reduced about Chinese medicine in inscription. The effect is closely related to the content of trace element.
