摘要 为降低苎麻织物贴身穿着的刺痒感,采用APL纤维素酶进行抛光处理.讨论了纤维素酶对苎麻纤维处理的机理,研究了酶用量、抛光温度、抛光时间对处理效果的影响,确定了APL酶对苎麻织物抛光处理的最佳工艺:酶用量1%(owf),pH=5.0,渗透剂JFC1g/L,浴比1∶15,50℃抛光处理40min,搅拌速度40r/min.对比APL纤维素酶处理与柔软剂处理后得出:用纤维素酶处理后再用柔软剂处理的织物手感柔软,且表面毛羽变短变少. Ramie fabric was polished by APL cellulase to improve scratchiness of the ramie fabric when it was wore next to the skin. The mechanism of cellulase treatment to ramie fiber was discussed. The influence of cellulase dosage, polishing temperature and time on the treatment effect was studied. The optimum polishing finish process of ramie fabric using APL cellulose was determined: cellulase dosage 1%(owf),pH=5.0,penetrant JFC 1 g/L,bath ration 1:15,polish at 50 ℃ for 40 min under agitation of 40 r/min. Compared fabric treated with cellulase and softener, the handle of fabric treated with softener then with cellulose was soft and hairiness on the surface became shorter and less.
