微型角膜刀准分子激光角膜上皮瓣下磨镶术矫治近视眼 被引量:1

The effect of Epipolis laser in situ keratomileusis for the correction of myopia.

摘要 目的探讨微型角膜刀准分子激光角膜上皮瓣下磨镶术(Epi-LASIK)矫治近视的疗效。方法近视41例(82眼)进行Epi-LASIK手术,术前屈光等效球镜度为-2.38D~-10.75D,平均(-7.41±-3.13)D。观察术中术后并发症,并对术后1~12个月视力、屈光度、上皮下雾状浑浊(haze)、波前像差均方根(RMS)值进行随访。结果术中、术后无严重并发症。上皮愈合平均时间为(3.92±0.54)d。术后最佳矫正视力(BCVA)与术前相比均无下降。裸眼视力(UCVA)均较术前明显提高,术后1年达1.05±0.60。术后1周的屈光度均为轻度远视,其屈光度均随时间的延长向近视方向漂移。术后1年Ⅰ级haze者2眼。总波前像差均方根(RMSg)值术后较术前明显减少,整体高阶像差均方根(RMSh)值术后较术前明显增大。结论Epi-LASIK矫治近视安全有效。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of epipolis laser insitu keratomileusis (Epi-LASIK) for the correction of myopia. Methods Epi-LASIK was performed on 41 myopic patients (82 eyes). The preoperative mean sperical equivalent was ( -7. 41 ±3.13 ) D (range-2.38D~ -10.75D). All the cases were followed up for 12 months. Postoperative visual acuity, refraction, corneal haze and root mean square(RMS) value of wavefront aberration were examined. Results There was no serious complication (luring and alter the operation. The mean period of corneal epithelium recovery was 3.92 ± 0.54 days. The best corrected vision acuity(BCVA) remained the same to or more than preoperation in all the operative eyes. The uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) increased after surgel7 and was l. 05 ± 0.60 one year postoperatively. One week alter surgery, all the mean sperieal equivalents were hyperopic, but ehanged into to myopia with time. The grade I haze was found in two eyes one year after Epi-LASIK. Postoperatively, the total aberrations(RMSg) were less than that preoperatively, but thetotal number of high order aberrations (RMSh) increased after surgery. Conclusion Epi-LASIK is a safe and effective surgery for myopia.
