摘要
针对解析法研究研磨轨迹存在建立数学方程烦琐,参数变化后需反复求解和重新模拟轨迹等问题,提出了采用虚拟样机技术研究轨迹的方法。并以行星式研磨抛光机构为研究对象,使用CAXA实体设计创建该机构三维模型,然后运用ADAMS实现运动轨迹仿真。结果表明,使用虚拟样机技术能快速、准确地获得行星式研磨抛光机构行星轮上任意点的运动轨迹。并且轨迹形状主要由机构的输入运动参数决定。
The foundation of mathematical equation of the grinding track is troublesome and when the parameter is varied, the solution has to be repeatedly deduced and the track has to be simulated again. To solve these problems, the virtual prototype technology is applied to the track research. Using the planetary grinding and polishing mechanism as the research object, a 3D model of this mechanism is established with the help of CAXA solid software and then the simulation of the motion track is implemented. The results show that the motion track of the random point on the planet gear of the planetary grinding and polishing mechanism can be obtained quickly and accurately with the virtual prototype technology and the track figure is mainly dominated by the input motion parameters of the mechanism.
