摘要
目的对椭圆封头接管结构进行安全评定,并给出改进结构。方法采用材料力学方法计算结构的附加载荷;采用有限元方法建立结构应力计算模型,应用ANSYS软件进行计算;根据应力分类概念和分析设计原理进行安全评定。结果得到了结构所受的附加载荷和接管区的详尽应力场,给出了强度评定结果。结论原结构设计不能满足强度要求,需改进。
Aim To evaluate the strength of elliptical head-nozzle construction,and give a reasonable construction.Methods The external loading on the nozzle is calculated with strength of material;the model of stress calculation is established;the stress and displacement calculations are made using ANSYS program;the strength of the structure is evaluated using the principle of design by analysis.Results Based on the external loading on the nozzle,the detailed stress field in nozzle region,the strength evaluation are gained.Conclusion The strength evaluation results show that the strength of the elliptical head-nozzle construction is not satisfied and the design of structure needs to be improved.
