摘要
目的优化一种提取广西桔梗总皂甙的工艺。方法以提取率为指标对4种提取方法进行对比,筛选出效果最理想的超声波提取法。结果通过响应面分析法,得到提取过程的优化工艺条件为乙醇浓度70%(体积分数),超声时间42 min,液料比9 mL/g,总皂甙得率可达3.45%。结论与传统方法相比,本方法具有省时、节能、提取率高的特点。
Aim To obtain the optimum operation conditions for extracting total platycodins from Radix platycodonis.Methods Four different extracting methods were compared and the optimum extracting technology was ultrasonic extraction.Results The optimal extraction condition,determined by the method of response surface analysis(RSA),were as follows:alcohol volume fraction 70%,ultrasonic extraction time 40 min and the ration of solvent and material 9 mL/g,the extraction rate of total platycodins could be up to 3.35%.Conclusion The method was time-saving and energy saving,and with high efficiency compared with traditional methods.
