摘要
通过对焦炉装煤出焦"二合一"除尘系统的运行状态和能耗分析,提出了系统选择的计算依据和最佳节能运行方式。焦炉装煤出焦"二合一"除尘系统的应用受到单孔炭化室操作时间的限制,在焦炉孔数多的情况下不宜采用。选择焦炉装煤出焦"二合一"除尘系统时还需考虑系统投资、运行费用以及安全运行等方面的因素。
By means of running state and energy consumption analysis of "2 in 1" emission control system for coke oven charging and pushing, the calculating basis for system selection and optimum energysaving running mode were given. The application ot "'2 in 1 " emission control system for coke oven charging and pushing is limited by the operating time of each oven chamber, in case that coke oven has many ovens, it is not better to use. In another hand, when selecting "2 in 1" emission control system for coke oven charging and pushing, the factors such as investment, running expense and safety running should be also taken into account.
