破乳剂在氨水焦油分离中的应用研究

Application and Study of Demulsifier in Separation of Ammonia Liquor and Tar

氨水焦油分离效果直接影响焦油及循环氨水质量,本文对氨水焦油分离中使用破乳剂进行了探索,并通过静态试验及工业化试验研究了药剂的添加浓度对焦油、氨水质量的影响。

The result of ammonia liquor and tar separation affects the qualities of tar and flushing liquor directly. Exploration is made for the demulsifier used for ammonia liquor and tar separation and the study on the effect of adding concentration of chemical on the tar and ammonia liquor qualities is done through the static test and industrialized test.
