摘要 为了准确检测粮食储藏中的温度、湿度和压力的变化,高效地保证粮食存储的安全,文中以新型C8051F040微控制器为核心,设计了基于CAN总线的粮仓温度、湿度和压力的数据采集实验系统,并利用CVI软件编写了上位机监控软件,最终通过CAN总线与上位机粮情监控界面实现数据存储与监控。实验证明,基于C8051F040微控制器、CAN总线以及CVI软件的粮情测控系统,能够有效地实现数据采集与控制,为储粮的温湿度数学模型验证和通风控制策略提供了可靠的实验平台。 This paper designes the data acquisition system on temperature, humidity and pressure in the grain; which is mainly made of C8051F040 MCU integrated CAN Bus. The aims are to measure the changes of the temperature, humidity and pressure exactly during the grain storage and ensure the safety of the grain efficiently. It achieves data transmission and telecemmunicates with the grain monitoring system written by CVl via CAN bus.The measuring and controlling system in grain which is based on C8051F040 MCU. CAN bus and CVI monitoring system was testified by experiment that it can achiveve data collection and controlling efficiently and montor the changes of the grain, which can provide the credible exprementaiton foundation for the mathematics modeling and aeration controlling stategy.
