摘要
采用了四种电子材料和工艺分别制作高频高Q值片式多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)。研究、对比了这四种电容器高频特性。结果表明:采用高钯高温烧结体系MLCC的Q值优于其它体系MLCC,但制造成本高,四种设计方案各有优劣。
The author manufactures MLCC with high frequency and high Q-value respectively by using four kinds of electronic materials and processes; as well, the author study and compare the high-frequency characteristics of these four capacitors. The results showed that: the Q value of employing high palladium and high-temperature sintering system MLCC is superior to other MLCC, but its manufacturing cost is high. Four design options have their own advantages and disadvantages.
