摘要
以耗氧呼吸速率(OUR)为指标,通过正交试验和单因素分析,研究了初始pH值、臭氧流量和反应时间对活性炭催化臭氧氧化预处理克林霉素制药废水可生化性提高的影响。实验结果表明:初始pH值对废水可生化性提高的影响最大,依次为臭氧流量和反应时间;在pH值为10.5,臭氧流量82 mg/min,反应时间30 min时,废水的可生化性得以极大的提高,OUR值从0升高到0.41 mg/(gMLSS.m in),为后续生物处理过程创造了良好的条件。
The clindamycin waste water is pretreated by activated carbon catalytic ozonation process using oxygen uptake rate (OUR) as index, through the single -factor experiment and orthogonal experiment to study the effect of pH value, ozone flow and reaction time on the biodegradability of the effluent. The experimental results show that pH of the waste water is the most important influencing factor, followed by inlet air flux and reaction time. Under the optimum process conditions of pH 10.5 ,ozone flow 82 mg/min, waste water is treated for 30min and the OUR value can be improved from 0 to 0.41 mg/( g MLSS . min), which is favorable to the subsequent biological treatment.
