摘要 第一气体处理厂生产的天然汽油由于硫含量超高,无法满足对其进行深加工处理,生产高附加值产品的要求,只能作为低附加值产品销售。本文用碱洗脱硫和吸附脱硫法对天然汽油进行脱硫,脱硫后的天然汽油可以进行深加工生产出合格的发泡剂、6#溶剂油及120#溶剂油产品,同时也可大大减轻设备腐蚀。 The production of natural gasoline in No. 1 Natural Gas Plant has ultra - high sultur content. It can not meet its requirements of deep - processing and production of high value -added product. So it can be regarded as the low value - added product. The methods of natural gasoline desulphurization by caustic wash desulfurization and adsorption desulfurization are studied in order to find a proper desulphurization plan so that the natural gasoline can be distilled into qualified 6^# oil, 120^# oil etc. And the equipment corrosion can also be reduced greatly.
