三维整体夹芯机织复合材料抗落锤冲击性的测试与分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究三维整体夹芯机织结构复合材料的能量吸收能力和破坏机理,本文对14组具有不同结构参数的夹芯结构复合材料试样进行了抗落锤冲击测试,得到试样的中值破坏能量,并对测试结果进行了分析。分析结果表明:影响三维整体夹芯机织复合材料抗落锤冲击性能的因素主要包括结构中各部分的纬纱密度,接结纱的接结方式以及增强纤维的性能;另外,预制件的经纬纱织造密度亦对复合材料的抗冲击性能影响很大。 For studying the impact resistance and the damage mechanism of the 3D integrated hollow woven composites, 14 groups of samples of the composites with different structure parameters were impacted by the drop hammer. The absorbed energy of the median damage of the samples were obtained and analyzed. From the test results, followed conclusions can be gotten: It is includes weft density of each section in the structure, interlace style of the binders and the performance of the fiber materials which can affect the impact performance of 3D integrated hollow woven composites. Otherwise, weaving density of the preform also is a very important factor for the impact resistance of the composites,
