摘要
通过共混制备了PEG/PU多孔相变膜,用超声波洗涤测重的方法、红外光谱分析仪和X射线衍射仪对其进行了测试,讨论了PEG/PU多孔相变膜的PEG含量、化学组成以及其结晶形态。实验结果表明,多孔相变膜的PEG含量与共混时PEG用量、溶剂DMF用量及浸泡时间有关;PEG、PU共混后制成的多孔相变膜没有新的化学键生成;PEG在多孔膜中结晶结构没有发生变化。
The phase change material of PEG/PU with porous membrane structure was prepared by the blend, and it was measured by Ultrasonic washing to Weigh, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD). The PEG content, chemical composition, crystalline behaviors were discussed. The result showed that PEG contents was relevant to PEG dosages, DMF dosages and immersing time; and there wasn't new chemical bond production; and the structure of the crystal wasn't changed.
