职业生涯管理是当前IT产业知识型员工人力资源管理的热点与难点。通过简要回顾职业生涯管理理论,在分析IT产业与知识型员工职业生涯特点的基础上,构建了具有针对性的IT产业知识型员工职业生涯管理体系,并介绍了该体系的构成。

Career management is the hot and difficult topic of IT industry knowledge-based employees＇ HRM. The past studies of career management are mainly form the view of organization and individual respectively. Through briefly reviewing career management theory, the paper comes up with a perlinence career management system of IT industry knowledge-based employees according to deeply analyzing the characteristic of IT industry and knowledge-based employees＇ career, and introduces the composing of the system.
