On Education of Higher Vocational College Students' Professional Value Orientation

高职学生的职业价值取向直接关系到其就业和职业发展。当前高职学生在职业价值取向上具有职业价值期望偏高,功利性强,带有一定的盲目性,对职业价值的评价重眼前利益而轻长远发展,重个人价值的实现,轻自主创业等特点。影响高职学生职业价值取向的因素很多,加强对高职学生的职业价值教育,对他们确立正确的职业价值取向及其今后的发展具有重要意义。

Higher vocational college xtudents＇ professional value orientation is directly related to their employment and career development. At present, higher vocational college students＂ professional value orientation has such characteristics as high expectations, strong utilitarian and with a certain degree of blindness. On their assessment to the professional value, they lay more emphasis on the realization of immediate value but not long-term development. They focus on their personal value instead of starting business by themselves. Since there are a number of factors impacting the higher vocational college students＇ professional value orientation, strengthening the education of higher vocational college students＇ professional value is of great significance to establish their right professional value orientation and future development.
