关于外贸出口面临的问题及对策——以鄞州区为例

Difficulties in Foreign Trade Exportation and Countermeasures——Take Yinzhou District Of Ningbo as an Example

国际上美国次贷危机和国际贸易壁垒,以及国内人民币持续升值、出口退税率下调和要素成本不断上升等因素,使鄞州区外贸出口遇到了极大的困难。针对存在问题,要从企业提高产品附加值和强化经营管理控制入手,和政府层面上的加强队伍建设,提高服务质量等方面采取相应对策。

The foreign trade exportation of Yinzhou district have met with many difficulties because of the loan crisis of American , the international trade barrier, the continuous appreciation of RMB, the decrease of export rebate rate , the increase of costs and so on. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggests that the enterprises should enhance the product added value and strengthen management and the government should reinforce the construction of administrators and improve the quality of services.
