摘要
本文研究了在碱性介质中,非离子表面活性剂存在下,α,β,γ,δ-四(对磺基苯)卟啉导数光谱法同时测定痕量铜(Ⅱ)和锌(Ⅱ)的新方法。表观摩尔吸光系数分别为1. 78×10~6和3. 3×10~6线性范围分别为,0. 0-6. 0μg/25ml,0. 0-4. 0μg/25ml,可不经分离直接用于水样,人发样中痕量铜(Ⅱ)和锌(Ⅱ)的同时测定,应用标准样品对方法进行了核验,标准偏差分别为0. 0253和0. 020。
The paper studies contious determination of Copper(Ⅱ)and Zine(Ⅱ) using α、β、γ、δ-tetra-(p sulphophenyl) porphyrin in the presence of non-ionic surfactant by derivative spectrophotometry.Their appanent molar absorptivities are (?)(Ⅱ)1. 78×10~6 and (?)(Ⅱ)3. 3×10~6 respectively Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0-6. 0μgCu(Ⅱ)Per 25ml and the range 0-4. 0μgZn(Ⅱ)Per 25ml.The standard deviation for Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ)were respectively 0. 0253 and 0. 02.
