自从1992年以来,俄罗斯经济经过近十年的衰退、大幅波动和金融危机的冲击,直到进入21世纪,在一系列内外因素的作用下,经过普京政府一连串大刀阔斧的改革,俄罗斯经济有了一个质的飞跃,摆脱了转轨以来经济持续下滑的局面,国内经济实现了持续稳定的增长,对外贸易、利用外资和对外投资也都保持了快速增长的态势,在国际中的地位日益提升。与此同时,中俄两国的经贸关系也日益紧密。从长期来看,中俄两国应该进一步克服目前存在的问题,进一步加强两国之间的经贸关系。

The economic of Russia has developed very fast since 1992. entering into 21 centuries, the development speed of Russia＇s foreign trade, making use of foreign capital and investment outward is very rapidly. At the same time, the economics and trade relationship between China and Russia also has developed, but there are some problems. So China and Russia should carry out some countermeasures to improve the economies and trade relationship.
