摘要
在经济全球化的背景下,中小企业的人力资源管理问题已经成为制约其发展的瓶颈。日益激烈的市场竞争环境下,随着资源业务外包成为潮流,以及构建企业核心能力的需要,人力资源外包逐渐成为中小企业的战略选择,而如何规避、控制人力资源管理外包过程中的风险也成为亟待解决的问题。
Under the background of economic globalization, the problem of SEM's Human Resources mangement had been a bottle-neck to restrict their development. With the increasingly fierce market competition, human resources outsourcing is becoming a strategic choice for SMEs as the business resources outsoureing is becoming more and more popular and the needs of constructing core capability in Enterprises are increasing. However, how to avoid control the risk during the process of HRO becomes a burning issue.
