基于网络化关系的高校系统是一种网络化的组织形式,网络资源成为其获取竞争优势的重要来源。本文从网络化高校系统的特征分析入手,探讨了网络资源对网络化高校系统竞争优势获取与保持的内在作用机理,分析了网络化高校系统教育资源整合战略的内涵,并指出了网络化高校系统教育资源整合战略要处理好的几对关系。

The system of colleges and universities based on network relationship is a kind of network. So network resources are key source of competitive edge. This paper analysis the network character of the system of colleges and universities based on network relationship, and introduces the process of attaining and sustaining the competitive edge based on network resources. Finally, we point out the content and some relationships in using and selecting network resource integrating strategy.
