NAG-1基因在肿瘤形成及诊断中的作用

摘要 NAG-1,一种转化生长因子超家族成员,参与了肿瘤的发生及发展,在众多肿瘤中,都可通过测定NAG-1作为临床诊断和治疗的工具。虽然一般认为NAG-1是抗肿瘤形成的组成部分,但其分泌、具体过程、潜在的储存是非常复杂的,并因肿瘤的微环境不同而改变,并有潜在改变肿瘤发展及浸润作用。 Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug activated gene (NAG-1), a member belonging to transforming growth factor-β superfamily,is involved in tumor pathogenesis, and development, its measurement can be used as a clinical tool for the diagnosis and management of a wide range of cancers. Although NAG-1 is considered to be part of the cell's antitumorigenic repertoire generally, the process about its secretion, processing, and latent storage are very complex,, which also changes with the different tumor and can potentially change the development and invasion of tumor.
