摘要 动脉粥样硬化是一种慢性血管炎性病变,主要累及动脉内膜。目前其发病机制尚未十分清楚,但血管内皮细胞的损伤、多种炎性细胞因子的过度释放是动脉粥样硬化形成的重要步骤。细胞间黏附分子1是可表达于内皮细胞膜上的单链糖蛋白,在各种炎性因子刺激下表达迅速上调,参与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展。本文根据目前关于细胞间黏附分子1与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究现状进行综述。 Atheroselerosis (AS) is a chronic vaseulitis-like disease, mainly involving intima. At present the mechanisms are not substantially clear, but the injury of vascular endothelial cells and excessive release of inflammatory eytokines are the important steps in the formation of AS. Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 is a single-chain glyeoprotein, expressed on endothelial cells. There will be a rapid increase of ICAM-1 when endothelial cells are stimulated by various inflammatory factors. This article reviews the relationship between intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and atherosclerosis based on the related data at present.
