The Progress of Biomechanical Study on Degenerative Cervical Spine Using Finite Element Method

摘要 颈椎退变是一个极其复杂的过程,颈椎退行性变引起的增生、骨赘、椎间盘变性等是老龄颈椎疾患的主要原因。生物力学研究在探讨颈椎退变发生发展及相关问题上有很重要的作用。传统实验生物力学方法因其自身缺陷有一定的局限性,本文介绍一种新型的力学分析技术——有限元法及其在颈椎退变中的应用。 Cervical spine disorders are often related to osteophyte and disc degeneration, which are caused by cervical spine degeneration in elder people. Biomechanical research plays an important role in understanding the occurence and progression of cervical spine degeneration. Traditional experimental biomechanical method restricts the research developments on this disorder. This paper reviewed the new mechanic analytieal technique-finite element method and its application in biomechanical study of cervical spine degeneration.
