摘要
小肠移植一直是临床上难度最大的移植手术之一,因此其发展远远落后于其他器官和组织移植的发展水平。自环孢素A问世以来,小肠移植的病例逐渐增多。随后,免疫抑制剂他克莫司(FK506)等问世,使小肠移植成功率大大上升,本文从小肠移植临床新技术、移植小肠保存、抗排斥反应、术后抗感染、菌群异位、营养支持等几个方面对小肠移植近年来的研究予以归纳和阐述。
Intestinal transplantation is one of the most difficult transplant operation, the development of which has been lagged far behind other organs and tissue transplantation. Since cyciosporine (CsA) widely used in the world, small bowel transplant patients gradually increased. Subsequently, the immunosuppressant tacrolimus (FKb06) increased the success rate greatly of small intestine transplant. This article summarized new technologies, graft preservation, anti-rejection response, after anti-inffection, flora ectopic and Nutritional support in small bowel transplantation in recent years.
