胚胎干细胞移植在心肌修复中的应用

摘要 心脏疾病以高发病率和高病死率著称,严重威胁人类生存及生活质量。最近的研究显示ESC来源的心肌细胞可以在多种动物模型中修复陈旧心肌梗死。这些研究为治疗心脏疾病提供了新颖的组织工程模式。本文主要对近期在心肌损伤动物中胚胎干细胞移植的实验结果进行综述。 Heart disease threatens human's life and quality of life with its high morbidity and mortality. Recent studies showed that myocardial cells derived from ESC were capable to repair post-infarcted myocardium in animal models. These results provide a original model of tissue engineering for the treatment of heart diseases. In this article,we made a review about the recent experimental findings on transplantation of embryonic stem cells in the animals with myocardial injury.
