组织因子和组织因子途径抑制物与冠心病的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 组织因子是外源性凝血途径的启动因子,通过介导凝血激活促进血栓形成。组织因子途径抑制物是组织因子的内源性抑制剂,有两种同族异形体,即组织因子途径抑制物1和组织因子途径抑制物2,二者均有抑制血栓形成的作用。此外,组织因子途径抑制物2在维持动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性方面有独特作用。组织因子和组织因子途径抑制物在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的发生发展中起重要作用,现就组织因子、组织因子途径抑制物的生理作用及二者与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的关系进行综述。 Tissue factor (TF) is an initiator of extrinsic route of blood coagulation, and causes thrombosis through blood coagulative activation. Tissue factor pathway inhibitor(TFPI) is the endogenous inhibitor of TF,which is divided into TFPI-1 and TFPI-2,both these two members have the function of anti-coagulation. In addition ,TFPI-2 plays an very important role on stabilizing the athemselerotic plaque. Both TF and TFPI are important to the coronary heart disease. The article discussed the physiological function of TF and TFPI, and the relationship between TF TFPI and coronary heart disease.
