摘要
作为H2受体阻断剂,西咪替丁主要用于治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡及上消化道出血等。近年来临床研究显示,西咪替丁具有抗肿瘤作用。本文就西咪替丁抗肿瘤的可能作用机制进行综述,为临床用药提供参考。
As a classic antagonist to H2 histamine receptor, cimetidine has been used in treatment of gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, upper gastrointestinal bleeding and etc. Recently, clinical studies showed that cimetidine had antitumor effects. This article summarized the antitumor mechanism of cimetidine to provide for scientific evidence for clinical experiences.
