摘要
目的研究热休克蛋白90α(HSP90α)和Survivin在食管鳞癌中的表达及其与患者临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学Elivision非生物素检测法,检测HSP90α和Survivin蛋白在58例食管鳞癌和30例癌旁正常食管上皮中的表达。结果HSP90α和Survivin蛋白表达在食管鳞癌中阳性率均高于食管正常上皮中的表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HSP90α蛋白表达与浸润深度、淋巴结转移、分期和分级有显著相关性(P<0.01);Survivin蛋白表达与浸润深度、淋巴结转移和分期呈有显著相关性(P<0.01);HSP90α表达与Survivin表达呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论HSP90α和Survivin的表达在食管鳞癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,对食管鳞癌的早期诊断、判断预后有重要参考价值。
Objective To study the expression of HSP90α and Survivin protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), and to analyze the relationships between protein expression and clinicopathologic factors. Methods The expression of HSP90α and Survivin protein was detected with immunohistochemical ElivisionTM plus non-biotin technique in 58 cases of ESCCs and 30 cases of pericareinoma normal tissues. Results The positive expression rates of HSP90α protein and Survivin protein in ESCC were significantly higher than that in normal epithelium ( P 〈 0.01 ), respectively. HSP90α protein expression was markedly correlated with tumor infiltration depth, tumor clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and tumor differentiation degree (P 〈 0.01 ). Survivin protein expression was also positively correlated with tumor infiltration depth, tumor clinical stage and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈0.01 ). HSP90α protein expression was positively correlated with survivin ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Expression of HSP90α and Survivin protein may play important roles in the carcinogenesis and development of ESCC. Combinative detecting the expression of HSP9Oα and Survivin may provide more accurate information in early diagnosis and predicting the prognosis of ESCC.
