摘要
为将新型水处理药剂天冬氨酸-谷氨酸共聚物(PAG)应用到油田水处理中,采用油田用防垢剂性能评价方法,对PAG的阻垢性能、与油田常用缓蚀剂和杀菌剂的配伍性进行了研究.结果表明,在高盐分的油田水中,PAG对CaSO4,CaCO3的阻垢率均达到95%以上,阻垢效果优良;与缓蚀剂羟基亚乙基膦酸(HEDP)、咪唑啉衍生物和杀菌剂异噻唑啉酮衍生物(MIT)、高纯二氧化氯(ClO2)均具有良好的配伍性.这说明PAG适用作油田阻垢剂.
In order to apply aspartic acid-glutamic acid copolymer, which is a new water treatment agent, to oilfield water treatment system instead of the water treatment agent used in oilfield at present, the research on scale inhibition and its compatibility with corrosion inhibitor and disinfectant was conducted by the method of evaluation antiscale in oilfield. The results show PAG has high inhibition rate of above 95% on CaSO4 and CaCO3, excellent scale-inhibition and good compatibility with corrosion inhibitor (1-hydroxy ethylidene-1.1- diphosphonic acid (HEDP), imidazoline derivatives) and disinfectant (isothiazolone derivatives (MIT), chlorine dioxide(ClO2 ) ) in the oilfield water containing high salinity. This implies PAG is suitable for scale - inhibitor in oilfield.
