摘要
采用WAY型阿贝折光仪、在恒温30℃下对α-蒎烯-β-蒎烯二元体系的折光率进行测定,作出折光率与α-蒎烯质量百分含量的标准曲线图,检验其准确度相对误差小于2.54%。分别用气相色谱法和折光率法对试样进行定量分析,结果表明气相色谱分析法的相对误差小于1.61%,折光率法的相对误差小于4.21%。
The refractive index of the binary system of α-pinene-β-pinene was determined with a WAY-Abbe refractometer at constant temperature of 30℃. The relative error of the results on the standard curve was below 2. 54%. Gas chromatography and refractive index methods were used to examined the sample separately, and was found that the relative error of the former was less than 1.61%, and that of the latter was less than 4.21%.
