摘要
以2-氨基酮(1)为起始原料,分别与不同取代基的酰氯反应,合成了不同取代基的酮类化合物2a-2d.同时探讨了不同反应温度、反应时间、投料比等条件对反应收率的影响,最后找到合理的反应条件,最终产物的结构通过IR、1H NMR、MS及元素分析等手段得到了表征。
2-Aminotropone was choosed'as starting material to react with substituted acyl chloride to give different substituted 2-acetamido tropone compounds 2a-2d. The influencing factors such as re'action temperature, reaction time and ratio of reagents were investigated. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by FT IR,1H NMR MS and elementary analysis.
