摘要
本文首先概要说明了手机的通信原理,提出了航天员不能随时和地面保持通信的原因。其后提出并分析了航天员随时与地面保持通信联系的设想。设想在地球同步卫星上建立太空基站,使"太空基站"之间、"太空基站"和近地轨道卫星之间、"太空基站"和地面接收站之间的通信畅通,并指出航天通信和地面通信网络实现有效连通的关键技术。
In this paper, the principles of the mobile phone communication are first briefly introduced. The reason that cosmonaut can not keep in communication with the ground at any time is brought forward. The assumption that the cosmonaut can communicate with the ground at any time is put forward and analyzed. It is assumed that a space base station is put on the GEO satellite, which makes the unblocked communications between space base stations, space base station and LEO satellite, space base station and the ground receiving station possible. The key technologies of the interconnection between the spaceflight communication and the ground communication network are given.
