淀粉细度测定方法的探讨

摘要 研究了淀粉细度的测定方法。探索了一种用标准检验筛筛分淀粉测定细度的方法,并将该方法和GB/T12096--1989进行了比较。探讨了不同来源的淀粉、变性淀粉以及不同水分的淀粉运用该方法的可靠性。结果表明,用标准检验筛测定淀粉细度的条件为:金属丝编织筛网,孔径150μm,频率1420r/min,振幅2~5mm,时间10min。 The method for detecting the fineness of starch was studied. The fineness of starch was detected by a standard testing screen and then the result from the current method was compared with the fineness degree which is calculated by referring to the GB/T 12096--1989. The result shoed that the conditions for detecting the fineness of starch by a standard testing screen were: metal woven screen with an aperture diameter of 150 μm, frequency 1 420 r/min, amplitude 2 - 5 mm and time 10 min.
