摘要
以乳清粉为基础培养基,适当补充碳源、氮源、无机盐,pH缓冲剂,对液芯包囊中的嗜热链球菌的浓缩培养进行了研究。首先经单因子实验确定了最适碳源和氮源,然后通过正交实验优化了嗜热链球菌的增殖培养基。结果证明,在优化条件下,嗜热链球菌其囊内细胞密度可达到10.21 log(cfu/g)。
Based on whey culture medium, and supplemented with carbon source, nitrogen source, inorganic salts, pH-buffer, the optimum culture medium was determined by single factor tests of proliferators and orthogonal designs. The experiment result indicate, at the optimized condition, the cell concentration in the liquid-core capsules was increased to 10.21log (cfu/g) for S.t.
