摘要
介绍了纯化大豆异黄酮中染料木苷的一种方法。用水溶性有机溶剂提取一种含有异黄酮混合物的原料,将氧化钙或氢氧化钙加入提取物中,形成钙-异黄酮配合物,并从提取物中分离出配合物,此时钙-异黄酮配合物沉淀中染料木苷配合物的含量要高于黄豆苷配合物和黄豆黄素苷配合物。上述钙-异黄酮配合物可通过加酸转化成游离苷形式,再次经过提取、浸灰、分离和转化可使染料木苷含量进一步提高。
A process for enriching the relative concentration of genistin from a mixture of isoflavones was described. In accordance with one aspect of the invention,the process comprised providing a material containing a mixture of isoflavones, extracting the material with an aqueous organic solvent solution, adding calcium oxide or calcium hydroxide to the extract to form calcium-isofiavone complexes and separating precipitated calciumsofiavone complexes from the extract. The precipitated calcium-isoflavone complexes contain a higher concentration of genistin complexes than daidzin and glycitin complexes. The precipitated calcium-isoflavone complexes can be reconverted to the free isoflavones form. The genistin obtained can be further purified by repeating the extraction,liming,separation and reconverting steps.
