摘要
腰果梨渣富含不溶性膳食纤维,对腰果梨渣不溶性膳食纤维的化学法提取工艺进行了研究。通过对液料比、原料颗粒大小、氢氧化钠浓度、处理时间与处理温度等影响因素进行单因素实验,获得最佳工艺条件为:原料过40目筛、液料比20∶1、氢氧化钠浓度6%、60℃处理5h。在此条件下不溶性膳食纤维的提取率为60.52%,纯度为42.40%。
Cashew apple dregs are rich in insoluble dietary fiber. To extract the insoluble dietary fiber from the dregs by chemical method, single-factor experiments were carried out considering such factors as the ratio of solution and the dregs, the size of the dregs, NaOH concentration, the extraction temperature and time. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows., the dregs were sifted through 40-mesh sieve and mixed with 6% NaOH solution at the ratio of 20:1, the mixture was kept at 60℃ for 5h. The insoluble dietary fiber was thus extracted with the yield of 60.52% and the purity of 42.40%.
