循环流化床反应器在麦芽糖月桂酸酯酶法合成中的应用

摘要 设计制作了循环流化床反应装置,在固定化脂肪酶催化下合成麦芽糖月桂酸酯。通过对床层膨胀比、平均停留时间以及糖酸比的研究,确定了最佳工艺条件为:月桂酸浓度300mmol/L,加酶量6g,以浓度为300mmol/L的月桂酸丙酮溶液作为循环流化液,流化床层膨胀比为1.1,物料进出流量为0.3mL/min,分子筛添加量为10g,此时48h后反应器产率达到54.7g/(L·d)。 The lauroyl maltose ester was synthesized in acetone with the Novozym 435 lipase as catalyst using a circulating fluidized bed reactor and the optimal conditions were confirmed as follows:concentration of lauric acid 300mmol/L,6g immbolized lipase,lauric acid concentration of 300mmol/L as expansion ratio of the fluidized bed 1.1,flow rate of feed solution 0.3mL/min. The productivity of this system could reach at 54.7g/( L·d) after 48h.
