介绍国内首台130t/h煤粉炉翻新改造成130t/h CFB锅炉的性能参数、结构特点、关键部件。简要分析了该CFB锅炉不能达产的原因,并对几种整改方案进行了分析优选,按优选方案实施改造后,锅炉出力达到了设计要求,取得了明显的经济效益。

Presented the performance parameters,structural characteristics,the key components of Chinese first 130 t/h CFB boiler reformed from 130 t/h pulverized boiler.Analysised of the reasons of CFB boile can not meet the design requirements,proposed several reform program and made a optimization analysis.After put the Optimization program into practice,the boiler production capacity achieved the design requirements,achieved remarkable economic benefits.
