急性心肌梗死病人早期即可出现心室重构,心功能下降或呈下降趋势。作为代偿机制,神经-内分泌-免疫系统及内皮系统被迅速激活,在短期内有利于维持机体的血流动力学稳定。但持续性过度应激往往会造成一系列病理后果,进而损害心功能,导致心力衰竭的发生。

Ventricular remodeling begins in the early stage of acute myocardial infarction, with the reducing of heart function. The nerve, incretion, immunity, and endothelium systems are activated promptly in order to maintain the steadiness of haemodynamics. Persistently overactive systems, however, can also cause a series of pathologic consequences including heart failure.
